เวลาเพิ่มเว็ปคอนโทรล Ajax Toolkit  ลงไปในหน้าเว็ปแล้ว error ตอน run เว็ปครับ

Error Message:
Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure ?AjaxControlToolkit.Properties.Resources.NET4.resources? was correctly embedded or linked into assembly ?AjaxControlToolkit? at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

เป็นเพราะอะไรครับแล้วจะแก้ไขปัญหานี้อย่างไรดี

ต้องไปรากใน DEsign อีกที่ครับ ถึงจะ ไม่Error ผม เป็นบ่อย 

มันจะเป็นแท๊กอะครับ ให้ รากแท๊กก่อนถึงจะได้ ครับ
